Available for sale is a 1999 Fermec/Terex 640B 4wd landscape loader/box blade in excellent operating condition. One owner, TX machine off the ranch and barn kept (see original paint and non-faded gauges). This was a personal machine owned by a the owner of a local contractor and used solely at his personal ranch. It is powered by a reliable Case 4-390 diesel engine making 63 net HP. Backhoe currently shows 928 HRS on a working service meter - hours original by owner.
FERMEC was created by buying out Massey Ferguson (MF Industrial) in 1992. FERMEC was then bought out and managed by CASE in 1997 til it was swallowed up by TEREX in 2001. Parts are easily and readily available.
All hydraulics work as they should, and the machine travels, steers, and shifts as it should. Machine is open cabbed - operator station is in very good condition for hours/age of machine. Front bucket is in excellent condition for hours/age of machine - cutting edge looks like new. 78" Gannon box blade with tines in excellent, like new condition - cutting edge 95%+ and tines 95%+. Tires are in excellent condition for hours/age of machine. Set up with a skid-steer style manual front quick coupler (forks shown in picture as an example - FORKS NOT INCLUDED in this listing). It is also optioned with aux. hydraulics to run front attachments as well - very useful on a ranch. There is very little wear on the bucket and box blade.
